This was part of an Art Council North West initiative "Fusion".

Fusion was an exploratory programme that examined how local strategic partnerships can work in partnership with artists or arts organisations to deliver their objectives through using creative approaches to engagement and delivery. Six different projects were funded for different issues throughout north west England.
