In 1993 Graham invented the Field Array Hologram and received his first S.M.A.R.T Award from the British Government. He then founded 3D4D Holographics Ltd. (Later 3D4D.com). 3D4D became a world leader in 3D imaging and displays. Inventing and pioneering many techniques and designing for prestigious clients such as David Bowie, Paul McCartney, Diageo, Gucci, Virgin, and leading architects and designers.

He was also the first non American to win the AT&T New Experiments in Art & Technology (NEAT) in 1997 for the Talking Hologram
