Graham Tunnadine is a content-led fine artist. His interests are many and include the social & political impact of technology, the edge of knowledge & perception, solutions to climate change, and time and the present moment. The politic of how art can bring about change in a meaningful way. Can art be useful?
He is also a technological innovator who has been exploring high technology to make art for many years. He has a symbiotic multi-disciplinary approach to, and diverse knowledge of, media and techniques ranging from computer graphics, holography, software, electronics, engineering, through sculpture, film, video, glass, casting, chocolate and has even used gunpowder in his artworks. One aspect of his current research practice “A geometry of Now” explores time, the present moment and multiple “nows” through film, holography, virtual reality, photography, lenticular imaging, and inventive practice.
